HDA DIGITAL LTD operates 4fans.tv, a digital platform that allows consenting adult content creators to publish and monetize user-generated content. The Platform is intended exclusively for adults and operates in compliance with applicable laws and industry standards.

We ensure that:

• all individuals using the Platform as content creators are at least 18 years of age;

• participation in content creation is voluntary and free from coercion, threats, or pressure;

• content involving minors, exploitation, or non-consensual acts is strictly prohibited;

• we cooperate only with verified service providers and partners that meet our compliance standards.

4. Due Diligence and Verification

All content creators are required to complete identity, age, and liveness verification.

Verification is conducted through SumSub, an external verification provider, using:

• government-issued identification,

• biometric checks,

• liveness verification.

This process is designed to confirm that all creators are of legal age and acting of their own free will.

5. Reporting and Enforcement

We encourage users, creators, and third parties to report any concerns related to forced labor, abuse, or human trafficking.
